WHO WE ARE

Rise Members Club is a curated, intentional, and inclusive space for the curious, creative, and committed. We are a values-led, community-driven collective bringing together professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives who are focused on growth, not just status.

We are here to inspire, challenge, and uplift. We are career-focused but culture-rich — a place where inspiration, connection, and impact matter just as much as business results.

This is a members club for people who show up, not just sign up. We reinvest in the communities we care about — across London, Africa, and the Caribbean.

Our standards are high.  Our purpose is clear. And our future is shared.

FAITH LOCKEN

Founder

Faith was born in Uganda in the 90s, before coming to the UK with her family as refugee, growing up in social housing

She began working in property in 2015, during which she observed a notable lack of ethnic representation in the industry. Motivated to address this, Faith to set up a Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic employees group within her organisation. As the group grew, she was awarded for her DEI efforts, as well as being invited to No.10 Downing Street to celebrate her achievements in the DEI space

After over a decade in the property space, Faith established We Rise In, her own independent business, to carry on the work she had started at her previous company, and develop a community of companies and individuals who are committed to and invested in advancing DEI.
